“How wonderful, it really looks like a crib”. How many times have we heard from tourists who for the first time admired the splendor of the villages of Lario? From this collective imagination, the idea of Lake Como Christmas Light was born. Twenty-eight architectural wonders in strategic panoramic positions on Lake Como, will be illuminated with the technique of artistic archistruction, in the sign of the success of the City of Toys in the capital.
Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, the church of San Giovanni in Bellagio but also San Antonio Abate in San Fedele Intelvi and Villa del Balbianello in Lenno are just some of the points that will be illuminated from December 15th to January 6th. The “illuminated” itinerary, designed for tourists by Tino Tajana, great expert and connoisseur of local art and culture and fine landscape, will be articulated from the capital to the lake center. A path that reveals itself to the traveler gradually, keeping the tension and the sense of surprise high.
